Armoured Floor Joint System

Our Armour Joint is an arris protection, load transfer and leave-in-place formwork joint system suitable for heavy duty industrial concrete floors. It is designed as per TR34.4 to meet the demanding needs of today’s industrial concrete ground bearing and piled floors.

This joint system comprises two top sinusoidal profiled cold drawn flat bars, an divider plate, load transfer plate dowels and sleeves.

Material: Cold drawn steel, also can be supplied in stainless steel for hot-dip galvanized as customized by different needs.

Load transfer plate dowel: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm in Q355, also can be supplied in stainless steel for hot-dip galvanized as customized by different needs.

Joint length：2500mm +/-2.0mm

Straightness: +/-1mm in 1000mm
